By accessing or using the XVitality platform, website, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The XVitality platform, including all AI-generated content, X-Score calculations, wellness protocols, and Oracle responses, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

XVitality is not a licensed healthcare provider. Nothing on this platform should be construed as a substitute for professional medical advice from a qualified physician or other licensed healthcare professional.

3. No Genetic Diagnosis

XVitality does not collect, analyze, or interpret your genetic data. Any references to genetic concepts within the platform are provided for general educational awareness only and do not represent a diagnosis or analysis of your individual genome. Do not make medical decisions based on these general references.

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

The founding access fee of $49 grants you a one-time, non-transferable licence to access the XVitality platform and its associated AI tools for personal use.

Due to the immediate digital delivery of access to the platform upon payment, all purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. 6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, AI-generated outputs, and software, is the intellectual property of XVitality and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XVitality and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email where possible.
